Compact destemmer-crusher built entirely in AISI 304, with a collecting tray and central outlet, a fixed stainless grid and adjustable rollers. It opens on a hinge for cleaning without removing belts or chains, and comes without a pump. Zambelli publishes 2.5-3 t/h from a 1.5 kW motor, a 900 x 540 mm hopper, 1,150 x 680 x 850 mm overall and 90 kg.
