Destemmer-crusher built entirely in AISI 304, with a large feed hopper and screw, a rotating drum and a crushing unit with adjustable rubber daisy rollers that can be bypassed when no crushing is wanted. A speed variator adapts destemming to different grape varieties, and the legs are height-adjustable. Zambelli publishes 4-5 t/h from a 1.8 kW motor, a 1,300 x 580 mm hopper, 1,500 x 950 x 1,300/1,530 mm overall and 185 kg.
