Siprem's patented Vacuum System presses work under negative relative pressure and are designed to press under inert gas (nitrogen, carbon dioxide or argon). Tank capacities run from 20 to 505 hL. The small models (VS20, VS28, VS35, VS50) have an automatic 540 mm marc door; the medium models (VS65, VS80, VS110, VS150) a 740 mm door. Every model is controlled from an on-board PLC panel.
