An all-stainless pneumatic press with a perforated (open) cage, built in four sizes and quality-approved by the CIVC, the Champagne trade committee. The cage is perforated from both sides so the bright-annealed interior stays smooth and holds no lees. Layout and doors are configurable, and a touchscreen runs standard programmes of about three hours. OenoConcept builds other sizes outside Champagne on request.
