Vertical membrane hydropress: water pressure expands a membrane against the cage, pressing grapes, apples and other fruit. Marchisio publishes the 40 L size at 4 bar, cage Ø340 x 480 mm, 650 x 650 x 980 mm overall, 20 kg, as code 00014015 (IDRO 40) and 00014045 (IDRO 40i, all stainless).
