Letina's variable-capacity tank: a floating lid with an inflatable gasket and pump follows the wine level, so the tank can be run part-full without headspace. Standard: lifting arm, oval manway (type CL), cooling jacket 0.5 m² per 1000 L, partial and total discharge DN32 (DIN 11851), DN15 sample tap, scaled level indicator and analogue thermometer. Built to order; Letina publishes no fixed size list.
