Letina's tapered conical wine fermenter for red wines, built to order. The tapered shape is thermally inert and makes punching the cap down easier; a large centre manhole gives access for pigeage, and a square manway aligned to the sloped bottom clears the pomace. Standard: cooling jacket 1 m² per 1000 L, Ø600 mm manhole cover, rectangular manway (type Z1500), total discharge DN65 and partial DN32 (DIN 11851), DN15 sample tap and a mesh screen below the discharge. Letina publishes no fixed size list; tanks are made to order.
