A patented rotating horizontal pressure tank for sparkling wine: controlled rotation during the second fermentation has an effect similar to riddling, and programmable batonnage cycles serve still white wines. It also works as a standard horizontal autoclave. LASI publishes capacities from 15 to 300 hL and pressures up to 6 bar.
