Tartaric stabilisation by electrodialysis: ion-selective membranes remove the ions that form tartrate crystals, at room temperature and without additives, for still red and white wines and sparkling bases. Sizes run from the ED SMART 7 (up to 7 hL/h) through ED 15 to ED 240 PLUS (up to 240 hL/h).
