Pneumatic grape press built by Scharfenberger under the Europress name, in three systems: EP1 open or half-open, EP2 closed (tank press) and EP3 combining both. Scharfenberger lists the sizes as 20, 27, 34, 44, 52, 65, 80, 100, 120, 150, 200, 250 and 320 hL; the closed system drains through narrow-slot juice channels, and hermetically sealing pneumatic doors are an option.
