Destemmer-crusher built entirely in AISI 304, with an opening hood, removable perforated cylinder and a washing system, a beater shaft with adjustable rungs and electronic speed variation. Enoveneta builds the TOP range in 5, 10, 15, 25, 40, 60, 80 and 120: the TOP 5 to 25 with a perforated cylinder of 25/22, 22/22 or 22/18 holes and a capacity up to 26 t/h, the TOP 40 to 120 with 30/25 or 25/22 holes, a pressing/no-pressing device and a capacity up to 120 t/h.
