Della Toffola Horizontal Fermentation Tank

Della Toffola · semi-automatic

From $50,400 — an indicative asking price, not a quote. The manufacturer prices your configuration.

Horizontal fermenter: paddles turning slowly at inverter-controlled speed move the must and punch down the cap, then unload the exhausted marc; a temperature-conditioning pocket controls the fermentation, and the design leaves minimal liquid lees. Della Toffola does not publish sizes for this line.
