Defranceschi's closed-cylinder membrane press. The pressing cylinder is built to PED pressure-vessel rules, with conveying spirals under a polyurethane membrane and PLC control offering cremant, mixed, sequential and traditional cycles. Published models run 22, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 100, 120, 150 (Designer Line) and 250, 320 (Standard Line); an ICE version presses cryomacerated fruit and INERT PLUS presses under inert gas. Defranceschi publishes no capacity, weight or dimension figures, and the open-cylinder version of the same press is the JP.
